What is a Flexible Current Probe?
The flexible current probe is the 1 kind of sensor used to measure current. Its most notable feature is that it is made of flexible materials, so it has extremely high flexibility and adaptability. This probe can be bent and deformed to adapt to the electrical testing needs of various complex environments and narrow spaces.
The structure of the flexible current probe is generally composed of a chip, a coil and a flexible material 3 part. Among them, the chip is responsible for amplifying and processing the signal, the coil is used to induce current, and the flexible material gives the probe flexibility and deformability. Its working principle is based on Ampere's law and Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When the measured current passes through the conductor, it will induce an electromagnetic field in the coil of the probe, thereby generating a voltage signal.
